I have Anthem blue cross and blue sheild PPO plan.

I’m seeing a therapist right now but I have not been billed for it yet and the therapist place I go to said they have summited the claim to my insurance but when I call the insurance company they said they have not received any claim from them. The therapist place said it takes 30 to 45 days for the claims to be processed by insurance but my insurance doesn’t have the claim. The therapist place its called mindpath health and they said im in network but insurance says they dont see the company in network but the therapist im seeing is in network the insurance says. Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do about it or should I wait and see if I get screwed one day will a bill that right is over 1,200 and growing with each visit that’s supposed to be billed to insurance according to mindpath health portal account ? ( ps it’s been 16 days since the first visit which was supposed to be sent to Insurance)
