I had a neurologist appointment and was charged a copay. I had an EEG done and waited 2 hours after for the doctor or nurse practitioner. Never saw any of them. Finally saw an administrative assistant just for them to give a follow up appointment. I was at this office as a new patient and never saw the doctor. I asked about filling out FMLA paperwork that was faxed to their office in advance. They stated they don’t do FMLA paperwork for new patients. How can I get my copay refunded?
